true story: I had someone a few years back who wanted to "swap" their condo at beach, which was in foreclosure, for a property I owned here at lake !! said a realtor told them to call me ! duh

I think the question is would a person owning a cabin at the lake be willing to swap a week here for a week at the beach with a legitimate beach house owner.  We have done it a number of times with friends and it works out great.
