Looking for  names and numbers of reliable builders who will do work in the Little Kowaliga Rd. area. Someone that

will do what they say. Not a large job, bathroom remodels, opening wall and adding large windows, replacing windows and rewiring cabin.

when who ever you get remodels your bathroom , make sure that the toilet flange is on the finished floor ,not on the subfloor beneath the backer board and tile with an extra wax ring thrown on to cover the difference . I am working on my leaker today . It is an upstairs toilet and when when it was noticed on the downstairs ceiling I pulled the toilet off and discovered the problem .The work was done by a supposedly good local contractor . good luck .

I didn't have that problem but when I measured for the location of the flange I very carefully placed the base so there was plenty of space between the base and the wall behind.  I was happy as a clam until it came time to install the tank on top of that bowl, a tank that extends a few inches farther back than the bowl.  Fortunately by using every trick in the book and some that aren't the toilet is installed and not leaking.  You can never think too far ahead when it comes to new construction!
