Hope everyone remembers that where the water is now is where low level should be next year. I'm marking my beach with marking paint so I'll remember where it should be next year (LMAO).

I took a picture with my lake camera to document what 483 looks like in my slough. Will be nice to have year round water once this takes effect. Nice thing for me is my entire dock and seawall are totally exposed at 483. Perfect winter lake level for my spot.

you apparently are misinformed. APCo has led the discussion to get to 483' for many years.
Dealing with the federal bureaucracy is not a quick process. When this is in effect, you will have Alabama Power to thank...

You are right about AP getting "Antsy" but the way I see it, they don't have any choice. Since AP rejected the higher winter levels that the FERC had authorized, then AP is still operating under the old guidelines. The have to operate under some guidelines so it's either the old or the new. Just my two cents......
