Posted an inquiry regarding quarters for a group of Wallace State College kids (competors) for the tournament in early Feb,  which will be a be a big deal for the Lake community.  Not sure of the specifics, but know the College guys had a budget..   Martini Man responded and offered his home gratis.  He is contact with the sponsor/coach, a long time friend of mine.  Think we should offer a couple of Conservative seminars for the college kids...  but suspect they don't need it, if they fish, competively.  Thanks, MM, in your debt for a few Beef Eaters for you generosity..  Will be in contact..

Even a Leftist says thanks to MM for helpin out. I follow the college kids on tour and it is great training experience for a group of future BASS tournament participants. I wish them well but Martin is one of the most difficult lakes for catching Largmouth Bass. Whoever wins will really deserve it.

Again, MM...your politics may suck but you are an OK guy. Happy Thanksgiving.

Well thanks GF.........I guess.  Am glad to help and being a good Catholic guy we have a house with lots of beds so that worked out for them.  Not sure if we can park all their boats but we'll sort something out.  Hope you have a happy Thanksgiving too.

Not being critical 'fishy' and you are right.  Largemouth fishing is indeed difficult on Lake Martin, because there are very few of them here..  However these guys will fish for 'black bass' which includes spotted bass, which are abundant on our Lake.  .  Went out with a few pals last week and caught a boatload.  Catch and release makes one feel good, but catch and cook Lake Martin spots is even better.  Also caught a good number of big crappie, which was a bonus.. Thanks again Earl..
