We had a broken double pain window glass at our house that needed repair. Called multiple people, not many could repair it in a timely manner, we are talking up to a week or more to order it.. I had called Alex City Glass had an appoint for 2 days later only for them to not show and then after I called them they would not come out for another 3 or 4 days, basically the owner of the company said he would get out there sometime next week to look at it.. Then why schedule an appointment??  They should have told me they would not be able to come out till next week I would have moved on....To schedule and appointment, not show up and make no attempts to rectify the situation and could care less is just bad business practice..  

                                                                                                                                                                                                         I ended up calling Henderson Glass  they came out later that day, will be custom making the glass and installing within a few days.  I would highly recommend Henderson really nice, reliable and trustworthy, wish I would have called them in the first place it would have been fixed my now..Their price was also very very resonable.

Unfortunately my experience with Alex Cuty glass was similar. They were awful....they kept breaking the glass on install and ultimately just quit coming. When I called.....they said they would call back and did not. Fortunately I did not give them any $. I went with outfit out of Auburn. They were awesome.

We had a similar experience with Alex City Glass regarding measuring for some shower doors in three bathrooms.  We stopped by their business on several occasions and they promised they would come out and they never called or came out - well that was six years ago!!! After several weeks we called Custom Glass and they were quick to come out, measure and install!!
