Yup, locks with keys and the whole thing is in new condition. Wife bought me a birthdqay present a while back and spent about $500.  Dimensions are 76"x36x14 as I recall.  If you are interested it is $100, otherwise it goes to Childrens Harbour as a donation.   We retired and travel.  Not concerned with security, but we are starting to travel and I bought a gun safe.   Regards, Terry Burke
