if the man had any b....s at all and felt as bad as he says,  he would resign immediately. He is an embaressment to the people of this county! I can no longer look at the courthouse in Dadeville the same without laughing.

I wonder if this is the first time or just the first time he got caught. His job as probate judge gives him access to vulnerable women going through the pain of divorce. His stance on gay marriage is pretty hypocritical.

no its not. heard he was ran out of shelby county for sexual harrasment of female worker when he was on the water board i think  or county commisioner. anyway charges were brought in 1996 or 1995. he showed up here in dadeville in 96.
