Fishing near Ridge Marina yesterday and saw 2 boats that kept  running up and down the channel between marina and  Kowliga. The one boat was a pontoon and had what looked like airplane wings on on the front. The other was a speed boat running beside it . Thought maybe they were lokking for something.
