service out AGAIN !!! Out more than it works !!  I'm asking for a total credit for month of July; every time it's out, which is almost some part of every day, they say ; someone cut the cable OR it's our EarthLink connection; I thought Comlink was bad --but this is ridiculous

Let me give you my story !!!

Troy Cable installed (???) my cable to provide service to my home.

They hooked the cable up to their junction box by the street, ran the cable through the woods, around some trees, over my lawn, ran it over a wall and into my house. Needless to say I'm careful when I cut the grass. If I cut their cable they would only blame me.

Almost every weekend when I get to the lake my internet is spotty at best. Have called the weekend "support" who can do nothing but have been told by them  twice that the cable company would contact me for a service appointment. Have not heard anything to date.
