My grandchildren have enjoyed going to Cheeseburger Island this summer to see what treasure they could find and to add to the treasure.  Like the original poster, it is disappointing that vandalism occurs and people enjoy without contributing, but that is the world we live in.  We had fun this morning removing the trash from the treasure chest and adding some new treasures.

Is that the small island that used to have a makeshift table between trees or something like that on it? My husband and his family used to race to the lake to get first dibs on that island for camping (40 yrs ago! eeeek) That's so cute! What a great idea. We will have to get some toys to add to the collection. Our grandkids would love that as well. Hopefully the turds who are determined to ruin it for others will grow weary of their inability to do so.   :)
