I've got 4G when I turn WiFi off, otherwise it's always 3G

Its back to 4g.not sure how long it was at 3g but always have 4g here at home. I don't have WiFi. No Internet at home. I would if there was a choice besides charter but refuse to pay charter for anything. I get 10 gigs of data with my plan before it slows back to 2g and that is enough for my usage. I have o ly run out once.
