Need place for dog to "visit" and stay home, anybody recommend good fence installer?

Don't want Biscuit to be tracking the coyotes, or worse. She already got "lost" once as a puppy

and that's how we got her, she has collar and chip now but don't want to take any chances with housefull of company.

Thanks

If your dog is a runner or roamer, consider purchasing a Whistle GPS Pettracker.  They are not expensive and work very well.

We have an invisible fence and it works great. We used Invisible Fence of Mongomery. Have had it for 4 years and only one time did we have a problem when a possum or armadillo cut through the wire somehow. And the good thing is -- once the dog understands --you don't even have to put their collars on unless there is something going on that you think might scare them or make them bolt. (fireworks, gun fire, another dog in the area)

They are easy to install yourself. Few years ago, I bought a unit to cover an acre. Bought a reel of additional wire at a box store. Used a pick and went down 6-8 inches and buried the wire. It worked out fine for us.

The only negative is if there are other dogs and animals wandering around onto your property, your dog will feel trapped cause it has been trained not to leave to avoid a problem. From reading the posts, there are alotof roaming dogs at the lake. A fence would solve that.
