He is a sick man that needs psychiatric help.  Even though everone laughs about it because of his name and what he does, that has to be a psychiatric condition that causes him to want to do that.  I doubt he ever even thinks about the age of the people he is communicating with.  And the fact that he has been somewhat high profile just makes it worse.

I think he has gone to clinics that treat sex addiction at least twice.  I am actually of the opinion that he is amoral with little impulse control and not psychotic.  He probably won't benefit from more counseling and needs to spend some time in prison.  That will hopefully cure him of his prediliction toward underage girls and if not, back to prison you go.  But at the end of the day if he wants to engage in sexting with adult women dumb or desparate enough to do so that is his problem.  But the underage stuff should mean a stint in prison.
