I saw that.  I guess all these years, he has been storing up to have a spotlight.  I'm tired of seeing him and hearing him talk about what Democrats are going to do and the truth is they aren't going to do cow dung.  They don't have the votes.  As far as these judges, it would not surprise me if they are not influenced by politics.

We survived eight years of Obama's inept leadership and liberals around the country are protesting that President Trump is not fulfilling his campaign promises after only three weeks in office. Then we have to listen to Schumer saying the three judges evaluated the "risk" to the United States in making their decision on the temporary ban on Immigration. It is evident the judges ruled in favor of "politics" over "interpretation" of the law. Obama issued a similar EO in 2011 listing the same countries as President Trump's order and there was no "uproar" on his action. It remains clear that the "law" as written gives the President power to take the action that he did to protect  the people of the United States. The three judges were not empowered to over rule the EO and use as their "justification" that their decision regarding "evaluating the risk to the United States" allowed them to dismiss the rule of law in their finding.
