Hi all!

I am looking for recommendations for someone to perform maintenance on my Kubota BX2350 tractor.  Would prefer somene to do a home visit so I don't have to rent a trailor to haul her somewhere.  She also needs a new set of tires.  I am located close to Poplar Dawgs.

Thank you!

Dirt

You should check with Walls Tires on 280.they are a full service shopping also but I do t know if they do diesel work though they have a roll back wrecker that he is usually very reasonable on rates with if you get work done. They just repaired the rim on our Kubota where a pin hole had rusted through. There is a Kubota dealer in Talladega and of course the John Deer dealer in auburn Opelika.

Not sure what you mean by a tune up, but very often a new air filter and fuel filter will make a tremendous difference in performance.  I have an L2350 and replacing those two items have usually done the trick.

The fuel filter also serves as a water extractor and over time water can start making its way into the fuel fed to the cylinders, causing an intermittent significant decrease in power.  Kubotas don't run too well on water, lol.  My experience has been that it is at a minimum a yearly replacement.

Regarding the tires, I suspect replacing them may require a trip to the dealer or your friendly tire store.  That being said, maybe a tractor trailer emergency maintenance truck would be able to do it if you purchased the replacement tires and brought them home.

Good luck with your efforts....if you use it to mow, the grass will be demanding attention very soon if not already.

I would also like a little " tune up" on my Kabota and I live near the Dawg as well. If you find someone I would like to know too. I have a trailer I just don't want to haul it to the dealer. Just lazy ??

Greers are good folks.  Reckon since there are two needing service they might consider coming out?  Still wonder about the tire change, though.
