Thanks Donald.....just what we need more invasion of our privacy for a donation. I thought Donad said the people were going to take back the country from the SWAMP PEOPLE.... He is doing just the opposite giving away our privacy. The Right would be all over Clinton if she did it.

"Congress sent proposed legislation to President Trump on Tuesday that wipes away landmark online privacy protections, the first salvo in what is likely to become a significant reworking of the rules governing Internet access in an era of Republican dominance.

In a party-line vote, House Republicans freed Internet service providers such as Verizon, AT&T and Comcast of protections approved just last year that had sought to limit what companies could do with information such as customer browsing habits, app usage history, location data and Social Security numbers. The rules had also required providers to strengthen safeguards for customer data against hackers and thieves.

The Senate has already voted to nullify those measures, which were set to take effect at the end of this year. If Trump signs the legislation, as expected, providers will be able to monitor their customers’ behavior online and, without their permission, use their personal and financial information to sell highly targeted ads — making them rivals to Google and Facebook in the $83 billion online advertising market.

The providers could also sell their users’ information directly to marketers, financial firms and other companies that mine personal data — all of whom could use the data without consumers’ consent. In addition, the Federal Communications Commission, which initially drafted the protections, will be forbidden from issuing similar rules in the future."

In your mind who are the swamp people?  Also, you have some unaswered questions below.

I love it when anyone who disagrees with trump, looks at something he is doing, and says "I thought he was going to drain the swamp"

What is the swamp?  What should be drained.

To me, the SWAMP are Congress and Cabinet Heads who regulate for big donors. This change in the Privacy Regulation is nothing but a payoff to the big telephone companies.  Same with changes to the Clean Water Act. No big deal until you see a change in Lake Martin.

Trump is proposing cutting back funding for the National Institute of Health to help fund his wall that Mexico was going to pay. Then, he wants you and I to pay for it with a 20% tax on imports from Mexico. He lied to us like a car salesman to get elected. He can't wait to go to Florida on weekends. He is beginning to hate the job.

I never thought he would like the job, but you know, now that he sees it a a bit of a challenge I think he will sink his teeth into it.

I think we hear from the swamp EVERYDAY.  They are the ones wanting trump out.  The meme picture is pretty true in my opinion.  If he could just drain McCain and Graham i will be happy.

YOur should have told us already that you were such intimate friends with POTUS as to know how he feels and what he's thinking. So what if he goes to his southern home on weekends. He is still working, not on  vacation like 44 constantly was. The only expense is travel, we aren't paying rent for him and a wookie and her entourage of dozens.

For your information, all other internet companies ( Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc) already have the right to gather all the same info that was legalized for Charter, att, etc via the new law.  "what difference does it make?"

GF, you need to know that Big Brother is watching.  And I wouldn't trust that microwave if I were you!

I have to use Charter or ATT or Verizon to get online but I don't have to use Google, Microsoft, or Facebook. Big difference....Why not limit Google, Microsoft, and Facebook too?  The regulation was going to give you the right to opt out but that will be gone. The Right just wants to give big business the Right to use our personal data.

Perhaps the right knows the left already has it from the DeepState spying over the last few years, AND today!!  Just making a fairer playing (warring) field.

Now to solving that insurance and health care issue.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/3203473/senator-john-mccain-king-jong-un-north-korea-war-crazy-fat-kid/

NORTH Korea is threatening all out war with the US after a top US senator dubbed their leader Kim Jong-un a “crazy fat kid”.

Senator John McCain made the inflammatory remarks while discussing the tyrant’s recent ballistic missile tests and his repeated threats to destroy the US

While he is - not great diplomacy.
