I am a staunch advocate concerning the Clean Up Days for Tallapoosa County and have taken advantage of the dumpsters placed in several locations.

Today and tomorrow April 11 are supposed to be the days for this month but according to the published information there are no dumpsters placed below Dadeville as in the past.  My bride and I loaded some used lumber and headed for Camp Hill where there was supposed to be one available but when we got to Camp Hill,  Guess what?  NO DUMPSTER.  The local police said there was supposed to have had one placed last Friday but as of 10 AM this morning none had been placed.  SO we needed to go to Alex City and headed there and had difficulty finding the one placed behind Tallapoosa County Court Annex.  No Signs in the area but we finally found it at the rear of the facility. It did have a sign in front of the dumpster.

This Clean Up Day does not appear to be planned as well as the last ones and dumpsters need to be placed where they are advertised.
