Guys and Gals thanks in advance. 

The great housekeeper we have used the last 5 years has retired and we are looking for a new one. 

We are mostly seasonal and use on an as needed basis.

A search did not show any fairly recent posts (4 mos) so I am posting this for help. 

We are in the Willow Point, Windover, Ridge area.

Cran, wish you luck. Just as an FYI, I was in same situation a year ago and had always used service "as needed". At least in my search, no real candidates in that they all want monthly as a minimum.

I'm sure someone is out there who will do "as needed" just wanted to tell you what I found.  BTW, we went with Lake Martin Services and are pleased.
