Considering how hard it is to get big complex things done in Washington, 100 days are nothing.  Even he says the job is much harder than he thought, and I think that is true of everyone that takes the office.  It's one thing to be a candidate and think what you will do, and then be in the office, and trying to get it done. 

I have to say that I am impressed that he allows his Department Secretaries to act independently.  Very unusual considering the last few administrations have kept their Department Secretaries on a short leash.
