  Kelly's heating and air in dadeville. Had three companies tell me I had to replace unit. Kelly's came out and $218 later I had a nice cool breeze. A simple broken thermostat wire was the only problem.

I agree that Kelly's is great.  They did a repair for me recently that was 70% less than the "air now" guys quoted.

They are very prompt and professional.

J know you were relieved to not need a new unit, but $218.00 seems a little high for a broken thermostat wire.

  It also included a new solenoid that was about $75, $75 service call and installation of a digital thermostat I had purchased prior to the unit  malfunction. But when I had been quoted 5-6k several times $218 is a bargain
