I am having a problem with the cable service, every evening. The picture is pixilating, sometimes goes blank, and sometimes comes up and says the station is not available and to try back later. I just wanted to check and see if anyone else is having the problem. I suspect the problem is between my house and the pole, but before I subject myself to calling Charter, thought I would check with others.

I noticed a problem before we left Saturday. I didn't check the TV signal, but the upload speed should be 7 Mbps but it was .5 Mbps (thats just half a Megabit per second). Something wasn't right. The download speed was good however so it didn't noticabily affect video streaming (ie: Netflix). I was getting kicked off online gaming Friday night (which requires more upload bandwidth). I'll put in a trouble ticket to Charter and you can also. I suggest testing your upload speed at www.speedtest.net to report those findings to Charter. I'd be interested in knowing what they are here also.

That's your download speed. What is your upload speed? It won't be over 7 Mbps because that is the maximum upload speed Charter offers. My download speed is good also at 80 Mbps (I pay extra to get that speed).
