Sid Phelps will be playing at Chuck's Marina this Friday, June 2nd! Then on Sat. June 3rd we have the band Alabama Avenue. It was great seeing so many good friends and new customers at Chuck's this Memorial Day weekend. The ovens are working great--wait time stayed about 30-40 minutes on a busy  holiday. Our summer schedule has started--Pizzeria open Thurs.-Monday. Chuckwalla's only open till 4pm on Monday and Thursday. 9 pm on Friday and Sunday. 7 pm on Sunday. Pizzeria closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Had a great time while we were there this weekend.  Our group had a question, did you all change the pizza crust?  The pizza seemed to be a thicker crust than normal.  We all wondered so I thought I'd ask.

If you came on Sunday, the crust that day was different because we ran out of the crust we normally serve. Chuckwalla's will have the crust everyone loves on hand. Sometimes when the crowds are at a high volume, we have to improvise and get them from another vendor. Thank you for your understanding and patience!! Wait times ran about 30 or 40 minutes so that part was wonderful. And, people are going nuts over the wings we have. Some groups are ordering 80-100 at a time.

Thanks for the reply!  Yes we were there Sunday.  I'm glad to know the thinner crust will return. (Though Sunday was still good just something about that thin crust we love.)  We haven't gotten wings yet will on our next trip.  Had some friends rave about them also.
