BOLO (Be On the Look Out)

Ms. Sifuentez contacted us to get the word out about a boat that is suspected stolen from a residence last night near Castaway Island (Anchor Bay Marina). The number she left was 334-322-5340. Will update if we learn more. See Photo.

UPDATE: She said it was taken from the water (not on a trailer). They have reported the incident to the Marine Police.

This is strange and yet could mark a problem of the future?!  Parked at a marina and someone took it (towed it) and had a trailer that fit the boat to take it out of the water?  I have had a pontoon boat parked here at the lake for 30+ years and never have I heard of a theif.  Hope they find it and lock up the thieves for a long time!

The boat was reported found. Come to find out it fell from a boat lift and was not stolen (the reason I used "suspected stolen"). But it is good that they have their boat back nonetheless.
