  He already has a platform. The Marine Police suck! I know what's best. What I say goes. They can only patrol at night when about 2% of boats are on the water. They can't patrol The Rock where hundreds of boats congregate and many accidents occur. I will make them work every weekend and holiday(like they don't already).

  Did I miss anything?

He's about as clueless as most of the politicians in Alabama.  He'll fit right in.
