some one mentioned that tva has started there draw down for the winter storage today .. im sure tva isnt  its just we had no rain  there normal rule on there map shows they start there draw down on oct 1st ..    why would they start drawing down before labor day ? makes no sense ?  i have not sean where they  / tva has mentioned this at all   ., please advise
