  We've always known Nancy Pelosi had to have brain cells. The question was were they connected to anything or each other. We'll apparently a few have managed to reconnect because now she is saying that "the people" don't want to hear Democrats just constantly berating and complaining about POTUS Trump. What that really means is the polls, not the people because they couldn't care less what we think, are telling them it's getting old. Even to Democrats. She was also the first to denounce ANTIFA and the violence that follows them everywhere they show up.

  On another note I have been reading about the ties between ANTIFA and the teachers unions. One california teacher was actually charged with inciting a riot in California for her role in an ANTIFA "demonstration. Of course the union fought and got her reinstated with back pay and a 300( settlement. They are using the classrooms to recruit these kids to show up and demonstrate. But the most shocking thing is a poll of millenialsthat stated there worst fear isglobal warming. Really. All the problems on the planet and they worry about a non-existent "crisis" that even if it did exist, and man caused it there is not a damn thing we could do about it. The indoctrination of America's children has worked. Yet most folks still send their children to them 5 days a week.

  I can't remember. I read many sites on any given day. It highline several stories of teachers and teacher union officials involvement in ANTIFA. Im sure you can Google it. The ones featured were in California and Detroit.

  On second thought forget Google. I doubt they will show any results. I use Duckduckgo however and did quick search using "ANTIFA teacher connection" and got hits on many articles from many different sources. Let me know what Google shows as I refuse to use it. There was also another radical group mentioned in what I read but I forget what they called themselves. But real assured it ain't on huffinpuff, CNN, or any of the alphabet propaganda outlets.

  Thanks AU. For some reason my browser will not let me cut and past on the forum. Of course it's all fake news anyway. The inciting a riot charges and the other fellow being removed are just fantasy in the Trumptards minds. I still wonder if Google is censoring the stories but refuse to use Google even to check it out.

I'm currently using Bing as my default search engine.  I avoid Goggle as much as i can. Unfortuately, I have a gmail account that would be too much trouble to change at this time.  I still use Goggle maps because they seem to be more up to date and user friendly.

It still amazes me how narrowly focused the left wing liberals reading list is.  They consider themselves the smartest people in the room, but 99.99% of the time, they're just the least informed and the most mis-informed and it's all because they can't/won't do any critical thinking or embark on a search for the truth.  They live in a very isolated world and seem to be very happy that they are continually miserable and victims of that vast right wing conspiracy.  I'm sure there must be a long hard-to-spell medical name for that condition.

 ... Kool-aid drinkers. Rush coined therm I love to use, liberals know so much that just isn't so. Sums them up in a nutshell.

  I switched to using duckduckgo.com as my primary search engine quite a while ago after reading about it. They don't track and sell your data like the big boys. Probably only because they are so small nobody wants theirs. I hate using goggle to search for anything and then until you used them again every web page is covered in ads for that item, long after I no longer care because I found what I wanted. Now if I have to use goggle I make sure my last search is for bazillion bikini models, or Victoria's secret lingerie or some such. That way every page is covered in something at least pleasant to look at. The tricky part is using sites like Home Depot or Lowes and searching their site. It is powered by Google so your web pages still get populated with what ever you search for. So I make sure to search for something interesting with Google afterward. I don't need to be seeing space heaters or some such thing week after I have bought what I searched for. Lifers tip for more pleasant surfing. ????

Life and AU....I too have issues with the far left and their violence just as you have issues with the far right marching and spewing hate.  The far left sure can't be called snowflakes......

Drudge Report will give you a broad selection of links from the left and right and in between.  The left won't check it out because they think it's strictly a conservative mouthpiece.  The New York Times and the Washington Post get a huge number of hits because of links posted on Drudge.  Check it out...you will be better informed.  

Another good site that links a broad range of sources (but mostly conservative readers) is Lucianne.com.  Check it out...your increased political knowledge will make you immensely popular at the Christmas parties.

  It works just fine for me. I use it exclusively. Haven't used Google since I switched except as described above.
