Well first of all he is Speaker of the House......but I agree that there lack of progress on key issues should be more important than writing some book that only lobbyists will buy in bulk to curry favor.

At the end of the day, Paul Ryan is no different than any other politician - he's more interested in self promotion than in actually getting anything done.
