Because he came out and put Trumps phone call with a widow in perspective.  And then rightly called out the Congresswoman who is making the fuss.  I notice that the other 3 familiies who received a call from the President haven't complained or agreed with this woman about the calls they got.  And the widow involved has not spoken for herself  -no she is letting her MIL and this Congresswoman speak for her.  Probably the only thing she is upset about is that the President didn't offer to send her a personal check.  

On This Morning with George Stepanopolous, they suggested to General Petraous the notition that the country should be worried that you have "all these generals" running things.  He scoffed and said that he personally knows each of them and that the nation is lucky to have them, along with Tillerson.  

And then the panel opened up a discussion about how fallen heros should be handled and of course, there was more badmouthing of Trump and Kelly and praise for the Congresswoman.  I just turned it off.   They have gotten so far off the track of what was really important - that a man died for his country, and the President called to express his condolences - and not all this political BS.  

And I have to ask this question - the fallen soldier was black, the Congresswoman is both black and a Democrat and of course, Trump is white.  Would this dialogue even be taken place if the President was Black, and a Democrat?  Or would it be discussed if the soldier was white?  Is this another one of Obama's legacies?  That Blacks should be treated with kid gloves in every situation?  How is it fair to the other white soldiers that were killed.  

And the news attacked the judgement of the military (low expectation of attack - therefore no drones or air support), and the "failure" of the intelligence.  

I am just completely exasperated with the stupidity of the media.
