As we cruised Sunday and enjoyed the beautiful scenery I was reminded how fortunate we were this year with the excellent job APC did keeping waterlevels at their highest allowed all season long.

Totally agreed.  I was able to leave my boat in the slip until late October which was really fantastic.  What a great season.  Best water we have seen in 15 years on the lake.  Hope it can continue next year and beyond.

I've been coming to Lake Martin for over 50 years, and have never seen an October water level as good as this.  Now that we live here full time, we can keep our pontoon boat in the water to use on warm winter days.  Thanks APC for working so hard to be able to keep the level usable.

I have been coming to my place since 1955 and I must admit that I love this higher water this late in the fall. The fall has always been my favorite time on the lake, but I have seen it down so low right after Labor Day in years past. Thanks to the APC and other people that made it possible. Everything has changed so much over all these years on the lake but it it still a little like a place we look for St Peter to be standing at the gate.

Amen to all the praises WRT higher water.  I too have taken advantage, as never before possible,  to be out on our beautiful lake in fall regalia. 

Spectacular, indeed!
