Haven't heard from you on Lake Martin Hones sales and pricing in a while? Care to inform us? Things feel OK but not great? Just curious...

the short story is that we are ahead of last year (IMO the 2nd best year on record) by 11% and inventory is down 11%. Here's a link below to a market report as of Sept. 30 that I recorded in October. I will look at the #s again but it's still consistent with this. We are in a classic seller's market- low inventory of lots and homes and increasing sales.

the best way to keep up with the market is either my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/LakeMartinVoice/ or my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJ9L3DevqwwQOL8qZncsTEA

Merry Christmas!

Good news for seller unless you are also a buyer in the market.  So the same forces that make your sale go well also means you will be in a competitive market on the purchase side.  As for me, I am holding tight until I retire and will then look at the market and decide what to do.  Would like to get into a house with better water and view but if nothing works for me I will happily stay where I am.
