i don’t believe the lake will fill in summer of 2018. The Corp tells me the rains need to be far above average. My neighbors tell me things the Corp will not say. I am believing my neighbors. There is more gong on than lack of rain. Does anyone really know what’s going on? Other lakes are not low like this even if they are electric dependent. Is there anything we can do corporately and legally to make the Corp accountable?

If you check all lakes around us are close to being full or full and do they get the same lack of rain we get I would asume so. Now as far as what we all hear from down the line they have money to pull the water to the lack of rain to keeping the little fishes out to sea no one has an answer that pinpoints the lack of a lake we bought to live by. Heard other stories but don't give much to them. Accountability to who and who can give an answer to having a creek instead of a lake good luck. Tired of hearing it will come back .......... government at its best

Our problem on Hartwell is a combination of utter incompetence by the Corp, the belief of the Corp, in moderate drought, that flood control is more important than water conservation, and the Corp’s fear of 660.001.

 Ridiculous.
