Between statute of limitations and inabililty to prove anything I do not see a path to legal action.  

That is why it was tried in the court of public opinion.

I think the time has run out for any legal action.  Now the question is, will Moore take legal action against them?

Beverly Young Nelson, the woman who accused Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore of trying to assault her when she was 16 years old, told ABC News that she was "surprised" and "happy" he lost the race.'

"It's a relief to know that he's not going to be in the office and that this may not happen again," Nelson said of Moore. "Hopefully."

Yup she is happy to have stopped him from targeting teens for the last 40 years and now hopefully he will not do it anymore, even though there are no claims since he was married in the mid 80s.

Oh Joy!! And we are 1 step closer to a Democratic Majority in Congress and another voice not contollable by Mitch McConnel is dead. Makes me really happy it happened in my state. Shame on us..
