is considering placing a ban on cell phones in the Pentagon.  The truth is that anyone working in a classified environment has always had to check their cell phone at the door.  When cell phones started having cameras as an integral part of the device, they were not permitted anywhere where classified material would be discussed or handled.  

I assume he plans to do this to make it a punishable offense, which only seems smart to me.  And I wonder why it hasn't been done well before this.  Leaks have always been hard to manage, and with cell devices all over, I imagine it has become almost impossible.
