Hi again...I get notifications every day on the lake level...(I'm in CT looking to move south) It says the lake is at 652.9 feet !   It was down 10 feet !   Does anyone there see it coming up ??    How long has all these docks been sitting in the mud ?    I'm looking for property but tough to find one on deep water !   Is the level the reason sooooo many houses are for sale ?  Thanks.....

The last five years or so it has been pretty bad, sat on the ground about four times. Depending on where you buy it probably will go down again unless we get more rain. As a lakefront property owner I would not move because of the water levels. The amount of lake homes for sale may be because of the water level but I doubt it. Come on down people are friendly down here you will find. Have a realtor friend that would be happy to find you a place, let me know.
