I'm not positive on this but Autozone will recycle them and give you a $5 merchant card. Other auto parts stores probably do something similar. I am sure there are restrictions and rules, so good luck. Much better than leaving on the ground or dumping in land fill!!!

O'Reilly in Alexander City will give you $10 per battery but not in cash. They will give you a gift card . Worth the drive I would think. $100 gift card is better than nothing.

Thanks folks. Saw a place on the way to church in Wetumpka that also pays for old batteries. But I just gave them to the place since they were not open, donation I suppose. I was just glad to get rid of them, and the back of my truck is glad too. Lol.
