someone recently posted complaints about ON_SITE BOAT CARE--i have been using them for detailing 94 years)& once for upsholstery on my 24 ft bennington--never a complaint--they were scheduled 3 weeks ago for today at 9 am at my home  for detailing--as i dont have a trailer--showed up prompltly at 9:15--as usual, worked diligently & boat looks great

Well.  I was one that did not get that type of service from them.  Funny thing, my 14yr old and I did it ourselves and it turned out great.

I've only used them once and the experience was positive.  Did what they said they were going to do at a reasonable price and met their schedule commitment.  Like most businesses they probably have their moments when they perform at a less than stellar way which is why you have to look at negative comments with a grain of salt.  Most people when they're displeased will go out of their way to broadcast it while those that are happy don't.

Called them in Feb. told me 3 times they would be out “next week”. Never showed up. Finally, in mid-April I told them to forget it.
