This is going to be interesting.  Guess that when discovery starts we can start with the DNC server to be examined by a independant 3rd party, DNC and Hillary records of payments to Fusion GPS, all documents relating to creating of steele dossier, steele himself - Hopefully some lawyers will use the opportunity to pry some documents loose from DNC, Hillary etc.

Wonder who's going to loan the money to the DNC for this stupid, pointless lawsuit?  Last I saw they were broke.  Want to bet they use it for fundraising and then after the millions pour in from the TDS sufferers they withdraw it?  This is a money raising scheme pure and simple.  And the mentally ill TDS goofballs are going to fall for it hook, line and sinker.  A fool and their money.....
