Given that the OIG has referred McCabe to a prosecutor we may soon be entertained by these two jerks eating each other alive....maybe.  This will go one of two ways.  McCabe is either going to dig in his heels and fight in which case depositions and attorney comments to the media are going to be a sight to behold.  Alternatively, he pleads to perjury, loses his law license and gets a slap on the wrist like Slick Willie.....except he has no Clinton Crime Family Foundation to rely on to cover his living expenses.

In the former scenario, he will likely claim that he told Comey about the leaks to the WSJ.  Comey will of course be called to testify and he will be forced to lie.  He has to lie because if he doesn't he too will be in legal peril, more so than he already is.  We know Comey lied in sworn testimony to Congress about the leaks.  These lying liars, and only they know the truth, are going be twisted into pretzels trying to figure out which lie puts them in the least legal jeopardy.  Oh what a tangled web we weave when we first choose to deceive. 

And with the release of the Comey memo's we now see the Russian collusion claim evaporating like a drop of water in the hot desert sun right along with claims of obstruction.  So it turns out the entire thing, as many of us suspected from the beginning, was based on phony oppo research that the Clinton campaign illegally gathered through a cut-out law firm.  This house of cards is collapsing from it's own lack of substance or truth.  No wonder Mueller is now fixating on Stormy Daniels and Cohn.....he is desperate not to be seen as a bigger waste of taxpayer money than Patrick Fitzgerald was......a reasonable desire I might add.

Ex-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe plans to file lawsuits for defamation, wrongful termination and other claims, his lawyer said Friday.

Can not wait to see how all this turns out.  LOL

 best part of McCabe vs Comey is they are not going to sit around the airport getting their stories streight - since they are both accusing the other of lying and can not sit down with each other to figure out what the other is going to say to figure ou tthe best way to minimize penalities.

During Discovery - please produce the "hacked" server - errrr we sent it to a auto crusher in NJ since it was hacked.  

Someone should staple the IG report to McCabe's forehead as to his wrongful termination.

“Nobody’s memory is perfect, people are fallible,” Bromwich said when asked about the different versions of events McCabe and Comey have offered about their tenure together at the bureau.

But, he added, “McCabe has a clear recollection, Comey does not.”

The inspector general’s office at the Justice Department sent a criminal referral to federal prosecutors in DC, recommending that McCabe be prosecuted for lying to the FBI.

McCabe denied that he lied, and his lawyer predicted he would not be prosecuted despite the referral.

Who to believe?  Both have been caught lying under oath so both would likely continue to lie to save their butts.  Would be up to a judge or jury to decide who is most believable.  I would hate to be in the position to have to decide which congenital liar is lying less because only one of them is more truthful than the other.  Fact is both have already been proven to have perjured themselves.  Now both will have to try to lie their way out of perjury.  Not going to be easy for either of them but it will be fun to watch for those of us that are disgusted with this pair of reprobates.
