We can always give you a quote to have the poles set properly.  Feel free to reach out anytime - sales@lakemartindock.com

If not, make sure they set the poles deep, and use the correct diameter for your water depth.  If you are on rock, they will need to drill to do it properly, and stand up to the modern age of wake surfing abuse your dock takes.
