No idea about them. I have Charter and it works fine and is pretty stable.

I have used Point BB for 3-4 months. Service has been very good... only downtime occurred when they brought the Walnut Hill location online. A great feature is they have no data caps, so you can use the service as much as needed without extra charges.

I live in an area where Charter or other hard wired internet is not available. I have had Point Broadband for 3 or 4 months also. I have the $59 package and have been able to stream movies and perform all other functions with no problem. Upload speeds are very slow is the only negative that I have seen. I wondered if it would slow down on busy weekends and did not notice that at all on Memorial Day weekend. There have been no service problems. If I could get Charter, I would probably would, but this service is much better than Verizon which I relied on before.
