Took the grandkids tubing yesterday just after noon and was shocked how little traffic there was in the creek. We never went out to big water but usually the lower creek is buzzing like a beehive  because there is very little development there and folks use it for tubing, surfing and skiing..

During the week is great boating.  It seems like a lot of people just came just for the 4th and then left.

Sitting on pier in Blue Creek while hubby is fishing.  Have a ligh jacket on and see NO boats. It got crazy around here this weekend. How can people have enough money those kinds of boats and have no sense while driving them. Coming close to piers and kids swimming, even saw a group climbing onto back of boat while motor running.....scary to think my social security will depend on them.
