To clarify the years that the lake will be taken down to 481' from the 3d week of November until February 28 please go to the Lake Martin HOBOs website lakemartinhobos.com and click on   FERC License Dec 17, 2015.  On page 82 of the license under Article 402, the license document clearly states that the first year of the drawdown will be 2021, and will occur every SIX YEARS thereafter.  The effective year of the license is 2015 and the first 10 foot maintenance drawdown will be six years after 2015.
