Harry, rather than a hunch just Google Maxine Waters and you can sleep nights knowing your hunch is wrong. Her district as of the last census was 26% black. The district , South Los Angeles, is so bad she doesn't live in the district. She is a smart and cool woman who can be elected with only 26% black and not live there. A true patriot.

Hound you are correct about that.  Now, tell us what's your assessment of the VAST majority of your state's white voters in general and this forum in particular, that came within a few thousand votes of sending Roy Moore to the US Senate!
