Let me suggest you not get too caught up in the current euphoria lest you get let down once again.  As I point out above, these kind of payments do not fall under campaign finance laws.  Bear in mind we have known about these payments for months and no one has credibly alleged any violation of law.  That Cohen uttered those words is simply proof that he is a useful idiot trying to save his own skin by saying whatever his political hack Clinton lawyer is telling him to say.  News flash for you, uttering words to get a plea deal is not evidence of anything other than stupidity and political corruption.  And as with any of these cases, the violations have zero to do with Trump....and that includes Cohen's comments about campaign finance laws.  He has decided to throw his lot in with Democrats and we shall see how that works out for him.
