The truth always matters!  There may be many claims of what is true but only one is in fact the actual description of what happened.  When Trump himself, not to mention Rudi, constantly revise their version of what they say is true, it is difficult for a reasonable person to accept any of their versions as the factual truth. of course my caveat of "reasonable" means my statement does not apply to most posters on this forum.

Yes and in a court of law sometimes it is not the truth that counts - it is whose versions of events the prosecution decides to accept.

Phil, that was my thought as well.  Bill was such an Angel until someone on the right is in same/similar boat, then Bill and the Left who adored him (and let's not fool ourselves, dems still adore the $lintons) are ready to throw him under bus.  But only for discussion of sins of current.  Trump has dug his grave.  I have said many times how brass quick to tweet and stick foot in mouth he is.  But but but The Alternative we would have had, and then not uncover the DOJ corruption, and $lintons keep stealing.  I will take brass, and abrupt.
