I am about to record one to go through July. It's really hard to pull these market report videos together in a timely fashion so it gets tough in the heat of the summer.
In short, if we compare to last year, the numbers of waterfront homes sold are down about 20%. Honeslty I don't have enough info to know what that means. Does it mean that 17 was the peak? Or are we merely second best to the best year ever? Or is it a dip year like 16? 2015 was the best year ever, then 16 was below that, but 17 jumped ahead of 15. We probably won't know for sure until this time next year.
