Probably nothing.  APC will have to do some fish kisser studies, so the FK's can justify their jobs, then the license will be reinstated.

Was a unanimous decision from the DC Circuit (the same court that gave us John Roberts and Clarence Thomas). No action rewuired from APCO right away. There are timelines fro responses, etc. the ruling was really against FERC for completing a thin EIS.

Didn’t say they were. Just pointing out that the decision was unanimous and that it came from a traditionally conservative circuit - not a single female liberal judge.
