If you had a son with impeccable credentials and he was acused exactly the same as Judge Kavanaugh, how adamant would you be to see him subjected to everything that you have called for Judge Kavanaugh? Likewise, you keep harping about a lie detector test. The tests may be deemed reliable, but would you be willing to take a lie detector test relative to a charge against you, even if you knew you were innocent, when there could be a false reading that incriminates you, or the person reading the results errs in their interpretation? I would have to have a 100% garuantee of the reliability of the test and the qualification of the reader before I would want to stake my life.

Archi and Jughead only care about the daughters and granddaughters who are raped daily in the Whitehouse ( except under Clinton ).  They do not care about males, so he would let his innocent son be stoned to death while someones daughter falsely accused him wihle he carried a sign #ImWithHer.

If I had a son who had been as credibly accused as has Kavanaugh I would demand he be investigated, especially if he had a high school history as filled with under age beer drinking, house parties and off color and inappropriate comments in the yearbook as Kavanaugh had!

If I were innocent I would not hesitate to subject myself to a lie detector test as long as it was administered by a qualified, licensed and experienced technician who had no bias against me. Remember polygraph evidence is not admissible in a court of law nor, apparently, in a senate job interview!

Now, how would you answer both your questions?

If my son had been accused of a crime, well chances are it was already in a system with appropriate jurisdiction and I would not appeal it to the FBI or the UN or the Hague.

If he claimed his innocence I would hire a PI to investigate the individual and find out what was in her past to be able to make the case that she was a lying nut job - and if the facts went against my child then he should suffer the consequences.  I would not demand the FBI do anything unless it was a federal jurisdiction nor would I demand a polygraph which is about worthless since all you have to do is answer 2 questions to estabilish honesty while hooked up - that test was a farce.
