In a sane world that would be the end of it and BK is confirmed with 52 or 53 votes.  But we are not in a sane world as evidenced by the Soros paid protesters all saying the same thing.  I am willing to bet anything that 90% of the women protesters have never been sexually abused against their will.  

So will Flake flake out again or do the right thing?  That is anyone's guess.  I am betting if Collins and Murkowski come out for BK he ultimately votes no.  But that is a wild-a$$ed guess because that guy is so unstable who knows what he will do.  It will probably depend on the last person he talks to before he votes.

I have been following The Turtle and his efforts to get this vote as soon as possible.  Saturday appears the soonest that this can happen because of the convoluted senate rules.  I've never been a big supporter of McConnell, but I have to commend him on his efforts thus far.  

Considering that time frame, there is no certainty how the vote will go. This is October and "things that go bump in the night" and "horse's heads" can show up!

Flake is looking at a job on CNN or MSNBC after he leaves - there is no way he can vote yes and still get called to go on liberal media to discuss anything.  If he votes yes, the libtard media will black ball him from their news shows because he is now the new McCain Maverick.

There will be last minute allegations raised and more demands for delays.  This is too important to them.  All I can say is this has enraged me and I have started donating to candidates running against Dem Senators in close races.  And I will dang sure vote and make sure everyone I know votes.
