Looks like you guys are treading water out there in Texas.  Maybe the Corps of Engineers left town!

Possibilities with the flooding you may have is that power may be off to the location where the water level is recorded, internet service is out to that area or just that the equipment may be damaged in some other way or could be a staff issue.
